Description
- Pie line workers performing various line positions
- Feeding dough, pans or flour
- Inspecting and reworking pies to meet quality standards produced by the line
- Stocking supplies to the line
- Packing and racking pies, and
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Ability to work with machinery
- Must have excellent safety work habits
- Ability to maintain a clean work station
- Must be able to work at a steady and productive pace for extended periods of time
- Work involves bending, lifting and stooping
- Ability to learn and perform all positions
- Must be willing to assist other team members in other areas
- Ability to work well with others and be a team member
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work, and a

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
