Pie line workers performing various line positions . Feeding dough, pans or flour . Inspecting and reworking pies to meet quality standards produced by the line . Stocking supplies to the line . Packing and racking pies, and . Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Bread Baking Room Worker, Overnight, Fresh Kitchen – Deerfield

Ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products. Performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area. Assisting operators in daily production operations including:Setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls. Slicing bread. Operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers and. . Other duties as assigned.

Line Worker, Overnight, Fresh Kitchen – Deerfield

Helping set up the production line. Moving ingredients and assembling sandwiches, platters and meals. Preparing baked goods. Loading and unloading racks, ovens and other equipment. Placing containers on conveyor belt at line speed . Rotating in all positions and. Assisting with other duties as assigned. .
