Erin began her Publix career in 1999 as a cashier at Publix #11 in Grove Park, Lakeland, FL.

From cross-training in multiple departments—including the Bakery, Deli, and office—to becoming the first pharmacy technician at Lake Miriam Publix #356, she embraced every opportunity to learn and grow.

Her journey took her through pharmacy operations, analytics, and space management, where she helped develop planograms to enhance the shopping experience.

In 2021, Erin became a Buyer for beauty and personal care, she then moved to the Wine Buyer, and as of December, 2025, she’s the Category Manager for beauty and personal care.

Erin says her favorite thing about Publix is how we “invest in associates with training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow.” Her advice to her younger self: “Even setbacks can open the door to something better.”
