In this role, you’ll be a key player in collaborating with enterprise teams to evaluate business processes, assess system work with developers to design innovative solutions, and develop cutting-edge systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, planning, development, project management, and problem-solving skills, and will excel at communicating effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business customers.

Your Impact 

• Analize business processes and gather requirements for enterprise-grade technology solutions with a focus on workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and process improvement
• Lead and participate in application requirements meetings, employing both Agile and traditional methodologies
• Create comprehensive documentation for business workflows, system requirements, and desired outcomes
• Mentor fellow analysts on best practices for business and system process analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications
• Participate in an on-call rotation for system validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years business experience in systems analysis
• 3+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• Experience working with enterprise database management system (e.g., SQL Server or Oracle)
• Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with the ability to work within the defined roles and responsibilities
• Experience in identifying and supporting process improvements
• Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing Azure DevOps to maintain project backlogs

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years business experience in systems analysis
• 7+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 7+ years of experience leading implementation solutions, relieving bottlenecks via requirements hardening, and timeline management
• Knowledge of modern system cloud infrastructures, including Azure and Google
• Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating finding to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience and knowledge of project and problem management, change management, and other systems development processes
• Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills to manage workload, to drive the work of others, and to adhere to deadlines and high quality

Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
