The Accounting Automation & AI Team is a newly formed team focused on automating complex business processes and applying AI to reduce repetitive tasks that require cognitive reasoning. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate business needs, analyze system capabilities, and design effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences while supporting the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.

Your Impact
- Drive meaningful process improvements by analyzing business workflows and translating stakeholder needs into enterprise technology solutions that boost efficiency and support compliance
- Collaborate in requirements workshops and sprint ceremonies, applying Agile and traditional approaches to keep work aligned, transparent, and moving forward
- Create clear, usable documentation from current-state workflows to functional requirements and future-state designs—so teams can build the right solutions with confidence
- Partner with developers, QA, and business leaders to refine requirements, remove ambiguity, and help shape solution design and successful delivery
- Own your applications and processes end-to-end as the go-to subject matter expert, advising on best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
- Support high-quality releases through testing and validation, and help keep systems running smoothly in production, including participating in an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience planning, organizing, and supporting solution delivery in a large-scale, distributed environment
- 3+ years of experience analyzing complex problems and translating business needs into clear, testable system requirements
- Experience working with enterprise database platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to support analysis and solution design
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to thrive in cross-functional roles and responsibilities
- Proven ability to document business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements that keep teams aligned
- Experience working in Agile teams and using tools such as Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, stories, and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years business experience in systems analysis
- Experience supporting enterprise financial or accounting systems
- Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives, applying continuous improvement methods, and supporting change management through system implementations
- Knowledge of system integration concepts and data flows between applications
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting system compliance and governance requirements in accordance with company policies, standards, and SOX guidelines
- Experience partnering with technical teams to implement automation or AI-enabled capabilities, with a general understanding of modern approaches (e.g., RPA, machine learning, large language models, agent-based systems)
