Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft 365 Software Engineer Admin on the Collaboration and Productivity Services (CaPS) Microsoft 365 Delivery team! You will have the opportunity to develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint solutions as well as enabling adoption of multiple M365 apps. You will be supporting Publix Microsoft 365 governance, security, and design policies and supporting our ever-growing champions. Work with a variety of amazing business areas, stakeholders and innovative minds who look to our team to improve processes, document requirements and design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build solutions and workflows using SharePoint Online and PowerApps, Dataverse and/or Power automated flows
• Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to customers and new features
• Review security and assist with governance and the Power Apps Center of Excellence
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience
• Inspire adoption with Publix approved Microsoft 365 applications with customers through written documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• 1+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years of designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building Power Automated flows, PowerApps, and Power BI
• Experience with building Dataverse solutions
• Experience with deploying solutions to a DEV, TST and Production environment
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform administration
• Knowledge of configuring Microsoft search in SharePoint Online, PnP webparts and third-party tools
• Strong Knowledge working with permissions, groups, and site governance in SharePoint online
• Experience in customizing the SharePoint site or hub navigation and applying styling and theming
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies

Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
