Become part of the Collaboration and Productivity Services (CaPS) Microsoft 365 Delivery team at Publix, where you’ll design and implement cutting-edge solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and completing well rounded solutions developing Power BI reporting. Your work will transform business processes, deliver actionable insights, and empower teams across the enterprise while ensuring compliance with Publix’s governance, security, and design standards. Your Impact

• Build solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI and Copilot Agents
• Work in a team environment, translating business and technical needs into creative designs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support to associates
• Review security and assist with governance and the Power Apps Center of Excellence
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, custom forms, and flows to meet business requirements and optimize user experience
• Inspirational adoption of new features through Publix approved Microsoft 365 applications with web documentation, training, guidance, and Publix live events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform
• 1+ years of experience using Dataverse Power Platform Solutions
• 1+ years of designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building Power Automated flows, PowerApps and Power BI
• Experience with deploying solutions to a DEV, TST and Production environment
• Experience creating Copilot Studio agents using Dataverse and SharePoint data points
• Experience with Power Pages
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Platform administration
• Dynamics and CCaaS experience
• Strong Knowledge working with permissions, groups, and site governance in SharePoint online
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies

Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
