As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support and guidance with their benefit-related inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally and with care. Your role is vital in shaping the customer’s experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

- Assist Customers: Take customer calls and provide assistance with their questions and concerns regarding stock, retirement, and group benefits in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Problem-Solving: Listen to customers, determine the appropriate response or solution, and take necessary action to assist with their needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) and other team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Learn and Grow: Clear career paths are available for advancement within customer service for those who are passionate about delivering premier service, have a high degree of empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment involving customer or employee account transactions (e.g., insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, banking/financial or HR support)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, customer focus and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office environment involving customer or employee account transactions (e.g., insurance, healthcare, retirement plans, banking/financial or HR support)

- Familiarity with benefits-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information.

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November.
In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
