As an Associate Tech Support Analyst, you will provide first and second-level support for the retail and corporate environments for hardware and software applications. Your schedule may vary based on the business need and depend on the team you are selected for. This position is for 3rd shift and the work schedule after the initial training period will typically be between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:30am. Shifts will be 10-hours, four days per week.

Your Impact:
- Answer phones and log incidents for the calls received.
- Perform first level problem determination/support via the phone for store/corporate hardware and software application problems.
- Monitor alerts for hardware and software applications and take appropriate actions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service and/or phone support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle a high volume of work accurately with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work varying shifts and weekends.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or previous Publix retail experience
- Familiarity supporting Microsoft Windows Servers

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
