Join the Code Deployment team as an Analyst/Operator. This team is responsible for the SCCM deployments, promotions, new store deployments and remote builds in the Retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage new store opening requests
• Manage software deployments and tasks for all new stores
• Promote code in Harvest
• Create packages, handle promotions, and implement software installs to retail servers and workstations via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Execute software updates to retail mobile devices (handhelds and tablets) via SOTI Mobile Control
• Perform group policy updates for remote rebuilds and POS configuration changes in retail

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of industry knowledge of code deployment methodologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours and shift work

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Experience with ServiceNow for tickets, change management and requests
• Experience working with SOTI
• Experience working with Splunk
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Strong working knowledge of PowerShell
• Strong working knowledge of Harvest
• Understanding of running group policy updates
• Understanding of running POS Config changes
