Description

This position provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Brand Marketing & Consumer Insights, the Director of Marketing Analytics, and their respective departments. It also coordinates complex, confidential administrative projects in partnership with department leaders and support staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for managing communications and providing direct support for two directors.
• This position is responsible for all sub-department administrative functions.
• This position is responsible for managing special marketing related assignments, which can include but is not limited to project management and executing reporting.
• This position is responsible for coordinating sub-department travel arrangements and expense management.
• This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal associates and external visitors.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 years administrative or equivalent experience
• Proficient in use of computers and standard office equipment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams and SharePoint
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality for sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
