Seasonal Pharmacist - Part Time Floater

Due to high-volume immunizations we expect during this upcoming flu season, seasonal part-time floater pharmacists will play an integral role in providing prescription dispensing, immunizations and MTM services to our customers. We offer:

  • Flexible part-time schedules
  • Travel within an assigned market
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Assignments up to 12-weeks

In Addition:

  • If you are interested in reapplying for Publix after your seasonal work period ends, you will need to wait seven days to apply

Required Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for the position of Floating Pharmacist are:

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy
  • must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license in the state in which you are applying
  • must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter and
  • must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years
  • Must be APhA Immunization and CPR/BLS Certified
