Senior .NET Developer - Payments Services Development

The Payments Services Team is seeking a Systems Analyst / Senior Systems Analyst who will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams to define and develop solutions for applications using various methods, tools and utilities. Further duties include gathering requirements, designing, developing and maintaining system components and user and technical documentation for new and existing programs.
The most suitable hire for this position will be a technical candidate with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing and presentation skills and one who has the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers.

**May be called upon to participate in an on-call rotation that restores service for production systems


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience developing and supporting enterprise applications in an enterprise environment
  • Minimum of five years’ coding experience leveraging .Net framework 3.5/4.5/5.0 VB.NET or C#
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with SQL Server 2012 or 2016 databases
  • Minimum of five years’ experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications
  • Minimum of five years’ experience developing with JQuery and similar JavaScript libraries
  • Minimum of five years’ experience analyzing complex business problems or processes and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, scalability, and total cost of ownership
  • Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2010/2012/2015/2016, MVC and WCF
  • Experience working closely with the business areas to improve application and business processes; proactively communicating with users on system issues and/or any system changes
Preferred Qualifications

•Seven years’ experience supporting and developing enterprise applications running a multi-platform distributed environment
•Seven years’ experience with Retail concepts and payment application software
•Strong technical understanding of data modeling concepts
•Knowledge of Infrastructure related systems client/server, workstations, servers, networks, database and middleware technologies
•Knowledge of PCI rules and regulations
•Experience with source control, preferably Azure DevOps
•Experience with Agile development methodology and product backlog maintenance

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus 89,115 - 159,705 Frequency of Pay Monthly Hours of Work Minimum of 45 hours per week. Travel Frequency 0% Year End Bonus As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above. Address 321 S.
