Sr. SQA Analyst - Pharmacy

Bring your SQA expertise to the Pharmacy team! In this role you will work on small to large project efforts on enterprise level applications. This will include coordinating testing efforts with QA team members, participating in requirements and design meetings to establish test effort estimates, analyzing project documentation, release notes and other documentation to identify test scenarios.
The ideal candidate will be able to translate requirements, release notes, and design documentation into test cases, analyze packages to create test case plans and test cases, and develop, test, and execute test cases for regression testing purposes and present testing outcomes for review for go/no-go decisions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Sciences or a related analytical discipline, or four years equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience performing Quality Assurance testing in a software application development life cycle environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a windows or Unix environment to test applications, interfaces, and/or vendor packages
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience test planning and test case development and execution using test case development tools
  • Minimum of one year experience writing SQL queries in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server environments to support test activities including designing and manipulating test data
  • Minimum of one year experience developing, testing, and executing automated test cases using an automated testing framework
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience working in a Unix environment
  • Minimum of one year writing SQL queries in Oracle environment
Potential Annual Pay with Bonus 69,615 - 104,975 Frequency of Pay Monthly Hours of Work Minimum 45 hours per week. Travel Frequency 0% Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
