  • provide leadership, consultation, and analytical business support to all APT users, business area leaders and executives collaborating on project assignments that are usually larger, more significant in impact and often involve more complexity
  • supervising the quality and quantity of data needed to make the most effective use of the APT modules in our strategic decision-making
  • planning, developing, and executing a program of consulting services for business area leaders and executives to identify, analyze and solve high-level, complex and financially important problems
  • ongoing project management of, and training on, all APT modules and processes at Publix
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting and Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related business field required and at least five years relevant business experience
  • Knowledge of statistics, finance and accounting principles, general business practices and financial statements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role on major projects and in the department
  • Demonstrated researching skills and the ability to gather the information and data required for analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various levels throughout the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including understanding of statistics
  • Demonstrated ability to apply creative thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solutions on significant projects
  • Demonstrated ability to identify logical flaws or shortcomings in an analysis and identify relevant missing or incomplete data
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations to various levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related business field
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods
  • Advanced knowledge of APT modules
  • Proficient in Alteryx
  • Eight years relevant business experience
  • An advanced level of technical experience
  • CPA, CMA or FP&A
Potential Annual Pay with Bonus 73,840 - 111,345 Minimum Base Pay 5,680 Maximum Base Pay 8,565 Frequency of Pay Monthly Hours of Work Minimum of 45 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday. Travel Frequency 0% Year End Bonus As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
