- operating, monitoring and understanding the CIP systems and COP systems
- manually and hand cleaning silo and pipeline parts
- operating and maintaining equipment in the CIP room
- receiving bulk chemicals
- maintaining accurate written cleaning reports and checklists
- cleaning production hallways, and assisting in cleaning all plant areas as needed
- good understanding of sanitation practices and principles, including manual and automated cleaning
- willing to work in a team environment as well as independently
- ability to work flexible days and hours
- must have the ability to lift 50 pounds
- must have basic mechanical ability
- must have the ability to climb ladders to clean over head piping
- basic computer, reading, and math skills
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to solve problems in the work area with little supervision
Weekend Differential: A $2.00 per hour weekend differential is paid to associates for hours worked between 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
